If we cancel an order that has already been paid, any amount charged for the canceled merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order enters the fulfillment or shipping process, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear and intimate apparel, all sales are final. Coastal Society LLC does not accept returns or exchanges.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise should be reported to us promptly with the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.

7. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Coastal Society LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
